Our fifth interview is our first with a Dominatrix based in Scotland – Mistress Annabella Hecate of Glasgow…

How did you become a Dominatrix?

I have always been a dominant person from a very young age, being able to control My parents as a child in order to get what I wanted (wrap them around My little finger, one could say). Growing up later in life I was always very sadistic and kinky, I just didn’t know what I wanted to do with it.

I was working in several clubs as a dancer and after 5 years of dancing and incorporating kink into stag parties and dances I decided to broaden My horizons and actually explore more on the fetish scene.

After about a year of studying and understanding BDSM and the BDSM community and attending fetish evenings, I decided to contact a well known Mistress to begin My journey as a professional dominatrix.

Where in the UK are you based?

I am based in Glasgow. This is where my sessions take place.

Tell us about your playspace

I take sessions in three different dungeons: The Glasgow Dungeon, CJ’s and Doma SM Suite in The Hague.

The Glasgow Dungeon is a magnificent place for a submissive to be serving his queen, with 5 themed play rooms and a selection of toys and equipment. It’s a safe haven space to play in with a great atmosphere.

CJ’s is a unique venue with a fantastic atmosphere, a very private dungeon with great facilities and, to make it even better, there is a full room fully kitted out for crossdressing and transgender makeovers, with a stage and pole to dance on.

Last but not least, the amazing Doma SM Suite in The Hague is My home away from home. When I enter their doors I instantly feel at home with a huge range of equipment and props (a Mistress’ candy shop!) and an open fire which makes the dungeon feel cosy and warm.

All three places are of a high level and are kitted out like submissive toy stores!

Do you tour other parts of the UK? 

Not at present, but I would be happy to tour if the correct submissive contacted Me and I found a suitable dungeon for Myself to work from as I do not and will not session from hotel rooms.

How would you describe your domination style?

I would describe My style as being dominant but not nasty. I can control someone and be firm without the need to use a sharp tongue or shout. I plan My session before I start as I am highly organised and I want to make the most of My time together with My submissive so that it is both pleasant and playful. Although I plan My sessions in the days before our session, on the day itself a thorough consultation takes place in order that both My submissive and Myself have an understanding of what they want to achieve within our time together.

What are your personal favourite activities?

My personal favourite activities would have to be…

1) Servitude. Just having My submissive serve Me in any way I see fit, whether it be foot rubs, pouring tea, making lunch, showing Me his devotion on his knees wearing his collar, or butler service.

2) Bondage. I am a Bondage queen. I love having My submissive bound and in a vulnerable but happy frame of mind.

3) CP. I love corporal punishment. I do not enjoy inflicting pain on a submissive who has done nothing wrong to deserve it unless specifically asked, but CP is a great way of showing your submissive that if he is out of line, punishment will be issued. Whether it be the old school tawse belt on the hands or nice sharp strokes of My cane on their bottom, I can assure you the submissive will not step out of line again.

What kind of outfits do you like to wear during a session?

I like to wear rubber dresses in My sessions. I have a very  large range of PVC, rubber and latex outfits and unlimited amounts of different boots and shoes. I always make an effort in My sessions. I stand tall at 6′ 3″ in My long over the knee platform 10 inch boots – I can look down and watch My submissive crumble to his knees, ready to serve his queen. I never wear casual clothes as I always remember that a My submissive is paying for his time with Me and I like to dress to impress as he is My priority.

Do you offer online or phone domination?

Yes I do offer online and phone domination. I am on Adultwork, where submissives can phone chat, webcam or SMS chat with Me. Failing that I also offer Skype, text chat and Facetime sessions privately.

Do you offer financial domination?

Yes I offer financial domination but it is very important to take great consideration of the submissive’s request and make sure to ask the correct questions in order to determine if 1) they have the financial stability to do this, and 2) that they are doing it for the right reasons. A good report is needed before I consider doing financial domination sessions and it’s mandatory that I speak with the submissive before we meet.

What qualities do you look for in a submissive?

The qualities I look for in a submissive are being genuine, trustworthy, devoted to BDSM and Myself, being able to undertake orders and that they are compassionate and pet friendly.

Do you have any particularly memorable or unusual session experiences you would like to share?

There have been many but for the privacy of My submissives I don’t wish to share.

My fur babies, My slave Dobbie and my friends. Friendship is everything. When you have a rock solid friendship it makes life that bit easier.
